Corrie Oustad was licensed in 2000 and received her broker's license in 2006. Born and raised in the Cortland area, she prides herself on her knowledge of the area and current real estate market, and is always current on the continually changing needs of today's buyers and sellers. Corrie has served on the Cortland County Board of Realtors as past president, president, president elect, treasurer and director of the Cortland County Board of Realtors, chairperson of the MLS committee, and served on RPAC, business showcase, education, professional standards and grievance committees. She currently serves as the MLS Chairperson and on multiple committees. She has attended the Tri-State Realtor Convention held by NY, NJ and Pennsylvania, numerous times as well as NY State Association of Realtor meetings and is very active in all of the Cortland County Board of Realtor activities. She applies all of her expertise and knowledge to help her clients have the best experiance possible.
