Kaitlin exemplifies integrity, energy and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Kaitlin grew up in the Cortland area. She started her sales habit at the young age of twelve, creating a business called Snack Attack selling candy and snacks to a local business. Her true passion for real estate began in college, when she started the process of finding an out-of-state apartment while pursuing her studies. Researching areas, prices and properties in a different state became a fun and exciting mission. Kaitlin earned her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After completing her Master’s degree from Northeastern University, she moved back to the area to be closer to family. As her passion and knowledge for real estate grew, Kaitlin decided to purchase Property Concierge Rental and Management Agency that manages single/multi-family properties in the surrounding area.
