After thirty-two years of operating my own successful real estate business as Joan Portzline Real Estate, I joined The Jolene Rightmyer-Macolini Team. My time is now focused exclusively on my Buyers and Sellers. I was raised in the Dryden/Ithaca area and am familiar with the surrounding communities and the downtown Ithaca markets. I communicate often with my clients and provide ethical service. My experience in all facets of real estate, and my integrity, are put on the line to provide you with a comfortable transaction in which you are confident in your decisions. I will answer your questions and guide you through all aspects of the transaction. My lifelong experience adds to the skills necessary to give you the most professional care. I grew up in a family-run housing business and earned my BS in Business at Ithaca College. Because of a grant from the National Association of Realtors, I graduated with my MBA in Real Estate from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.
